advertised for working tools are registered trademarks of the respected owners.
Twin Town Computer does not and will not pirate in any form to a customer,
software of any kind. Customers must own the licensed software for a PC or
server that is being worked on.
Twin Town Computer is not responsible for data loss due to a failed hard drive.
Data should be backed up before service is implemented to prevent data loss, or
a charge will apply for the back up service before repair if the customer
chooses to do so. How important is your data worth to you?
Twin Town Computer holds no warranty for the install of third party products,
unless sold as a added value reseller, which then will have a 14 day return
policy with exclusion of opened copyrighted software. All manufacture warranties
applies and is the responsibility of the owner.
Work performed will be paid for before a PC, or server is released to a
customer, unless arrangements have been made before service. Creation service
after viewing portfolio, or training will be paid for in advance.
Property left in the shop for a period of 30 days after completing the service
will become the property of Twin Town Computer, and will be sold "As Is" to
recoup service charges for work performed.
Twin Town Computer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
